Lobstering Charters
The only way to catch them is going snorkeling and chasing hem down by hand. We take you to them, teach you how and let you loose. Lobster Charters We take you out on 4 hour trips for up to 6 persons dedicated to catching lobsters. We supply all the snorkeling gear, nets, gloves and tickle sticks you will need and there is also no fishing license required to go out with us and skills are not needed but suggested and will dictate your success rate. We use our bay boats and our larger center console boats that are designed for snorkeling with easy access in and out of the water. Our professional charter captains will keep you safe and close by while you harvest your catch. Rates Rates for this charter start at $ 600.00 for a 4 hour trip. Lobster Sportsman Season.. Always the last Wednesday and Thursday in the month of July. Sportsman's season is a two day season. Book WAY in advance to get a charter to catch lobsters. Regular Lobster Season August 6th every year is opening day of regular lobster season. Catches are good the first few days then start to decline as spots get more and more picked over. As the moon gets dark later in the month and into September there is a reset on the lobsters and more are available. Book Ahead There are not many charters that offer lobstering here in Key West.
